We offer rental homes and land-home packages, including mobile homes across six counties in North Carolina.
📍 Where are your properties located?
We serve the following counties: Randolph, Guilford, Davidson, Forsyth, Iredell, and Stokes.
💵 How much is rent and the security deposit?
Each listing will have its own rent and deposit amount. In most cases, the deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
📝 How do I apply for a rental property?

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Closed on Wednesday and weekends - Phone Availability:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🐾 Are pets allowed?
Yes, many of our properties are pet-friendly. Here are the details of our pet policy:
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 per animal
- Monthly Pet Rent: $50–$100 depending on the type of animal
- Breed Restrictions: Certain dog breeds are restricted. Please contact us for more information on approved breeds.
All pet policies are subject to approval and may vary by property.

You can apply quickly and easily online:

- Click “Apply Now” on the listing page.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill out all required fields.
- Pay the Application Fee
Once submitted, we’ll review your application and contact you within a few business days.
💳 How do I pay the application fee?
You can pay the application fee using one of the following methods:
- In Person
- Visit our office during business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) to pay in person.
- We accept cash, money orders, or cashier’s checks made payable to Davis Investment Properties.
- Cash App
- Send your payment to $DIPRent
- Important: Include your full name in the notes section.
Note: The application fee is non-refundable. Your application will not be processed until the fee has been received.
